The second visit is the interesting one. Someone who comes back to a demo, alone, without being prompted, is telling you something no form field will.
Unlocking
Identity and detail are gated per person. An anonymous session is always recorded and readable. On Pro, every active visitor is unlocked automatically: you see every saved session, transcript, collected answer, and deduced field for that email. Visitors who arrive after you reach your monthly limit stay locked. If you move up a Pro size, you can unlock them after their visit, one at a time or several at once. Free includes 30 active visitors a month, each with the full voice and chat agent. Their details stay locked. Demos keep running past the limit in text chat. Pro starts at 150 active visitors a month and unlocks each one’s details. Visitors past the limit are still recorded, and stay locked until you have room for them.Using it
Follow up with the transcript
Open the person, read what they asked, and answer that. It converts better than any sequence, because you are answering a question they actually asked.
Watch for return visits
A second unprompted visit is the strongest buying signal in the product.
Check your deductions
Compare a few deduced fields against their transcripts. If they disagree, your field description needs to be a sharper rule.
